The PAJMZ didn’t have a digital marketing presence and was looking to grow their brand awareness in the local area. In addition to promoting the zoo itself, they also were also seeking to highlight their education programs and position themselves as an attraction in the Palo Alto area.
Paid marketing and email campaigns were created and implemented to support PAJMZ’s branding and growth goals, all of which was supported by a new creative direction.
